Harley foot board inserts rot of ... these won't. They're screwed on underneath. Looks great and aren't going to rot off like OEMThis item will fit a 1981 Flh, I have them on my shovelheadThese look great and complement the other foot rests and controls with similar styling.Only gripe I have is even though I followed the instructions the darts still broke off before the mounting nipples made it through the board. Have to get creative with some fishing line and a needle nose pliers and at that I still broke/tore off one of the nouting nipple. Good excuse to get under board covers as I'll have to run a screw form the outside in to securely mount the insert that was damaged. They look great and fit into the boards fine though.Amazing... I might just buy a set to have on hand when these wear out. 12 road kingThe factory footboard inserts were worn and I wanted to just replace them and not the OEM footboard mounts. These Kuryakyn 7553 inserts fit perfect and have the typical quality that Kuryakyn is known for. I highly recommend if you're considering these for your motorcycleQuality made item.Does not mont the same as HD inserts. The bolt on from under the footboard.I could not use them at all due to the shifter I have is bolted to the footboard.Great simple look!Simple design! Pop the old one';s out. Clean the Pans & Pow pop them in!Nice!Arrived early, was easy to install and they look great. Is a close match to the streamline foot pegs. Very happy with these.
